「ディズニーランドで働いている人のうち、正社員は２０００人程度。それに対して、アルバイトが１万８０００人程度います。しかも、正社員の中には、バックオフィス業務を担当する人間もいますから、ゲストが直接顔を合わせるのは、ほぼ１００％がアルバイトなんです。」（参考：中経出版「特集ページ」より）
